Information we collect

When you place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, we ask for your name, email address, mobile number, delivery address, city, state and PIN code. We also record the ordered products, quantities, prices, order reference, payment method and order status.

Why we use it

We use this information to receive and review your order, contact you when necessary, prepare dispatch, arrange delivery, support returns or customer-service requests, detect misuse and maintain necessary transaction records.

Sharing information

We may share the contact and delivery information necessary to fulfill an order with an appointed courier or logistics provider. Our hosting and technology service providers may process website and order data to operate the service. We may also disclose information where required by applicable law. We do not request or store card details for COD orders.

Storage and retention

COD order details are recorded in our website's order database. Access should be limited to authorized personnel. We keep records for as long as reasonably necessary for fulfillment, support, legitimate business records and applicable legal obligations, then delete or de-identify them when appropriate.

Your choices and requests

To ask about information associated with your order, request a correction or raise a privacy concern, email info@bellemondial.com. Please provide your order reference where available. We may need to verify that you are the customer before acting on a request, and some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.

We may update this notice when our ordering, delivery or technology arrangements change. The updated date will appear above.
